NOVATECH CLIMATE VISION
Engineering Net Zero
We see climate change as the most important engineering challenge of our time. We’re stepping up by engineering climate resilience solutions for our clients and partners and by mitigating our own carbon emissions as we work towards net zero status.

Climate change is the existential threat of our time. We recognize our responsibility and ability to accelerate the transition to a carbon neutral economy—starting with our own company. That is why NovaTech is becoming a climate-focused engineering firm. We are in a position to join the fight while also growing our company through this initiative to reach net zero.

Every generation wishes better for the ones that will follow
What we do about climate change now affects our children and is already affecting more vulnerable communities, human and animal, throughout the world.
Fighting climate change is sound business
We can engage with our customers to help each other achieve carbon reduction. We can apply our process expertise to scaling and making climate-mitigating processes and products more cost-effective.
Transforming how NovaTech Automation does business.
NovaTech is changing how we work – through the reduction of our own carbon emissions to reach internal net zero status (approved by the SBTi) and through services and product development to help automate climate resilience and mitigation for our customers and partners. Together we are well-positioned to accelerate the transition to a carbon neutral economy while maximizing fiscal results and engagement with our employees and greater communities.

Our Science Based Targets
NovaTech Automation has had its emissions reduction targets approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) as consistent with levels required to meet the goals of the Paris Agreement. The targets covering greenhouse gas emissions from NovaTech Automation’s operations (scopes 1 and 2) are consistent with reductions required to keep warming to 1.5°C, what the latest climate science has told us is needed to prevent the most damaging effects of climate change.
What are Science-based targets?
Science-based targets are emissions reduction targets in line with what the latest climate science says is needed to meet the goals of the Paris Agreement – to limit global warming to well-below 2°C above pre- industrial levels and pursue efforts to limit warming to 1.5°C.
Science-based targets are emissions reduction goals in line with what the latest climate science says is needed to prevent the worst impacts of climate change.
Science-based targets show companies how much and how quickly they need to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions in order to be consistent with keeping warming below the most dangerous levels.
